Further to our previous update, after an extensive review of the Company’s options and discussions with the main shareholders, the Board has concluded that the only way to access liquidity in the immediate future was to sell assets.

After reaching out to several potentially interested parties since late last year, the best offer that the Company has received is A$275,000 for its 100% stake in Lithium 1 Pty Ltd, which owns the Company’s exploration assets Moolyella and Kingston Keith. This offer undervalues these assets compared to their long term potential, considering the resource potential and work done to date, but considering no actual drilling has taken place at either tenement, it is likely the best offer that the Company can hope to attract at this point. 

This additional liquidity will allow the Company to operate over the next few months, while we seek to raise litigation funding for our legal action in relation to the Cape Lambert Royalty. Litigation funders in Australia have shown great interest for the situation. We remain confident that our strategy with the Cape Lambert Royalty is the path that is most likely to create value for all shareholders at this juncture.
